Description du poste
Assurer une prise en charge globale du patient pour favoriser son autonomie et maintenir son bien être Entretenir un raisonnement clinique afin d’optimiser la qualité des soins et la sécurité du patient. Avoir une approche clinique et adaptée de la douleur du patient Veiller au respect des processus en vigueur. Adhérer à la politique institutionnelle. Effectuer des horaires de nuits
Qualifications
Bachelor HES en soins infirmiers ou formation équivalente, reconnue par la Croix Rouge Suisse. En possession d’un droit de pratiquer dans le canton de Genève Langue maternelle française ou très bonnes connaissances Langues étrangères un atout. Personnalité polyvalente, autonome, disponible et au bénéfice d’une bonne capacité d’analyse.
