This role is for a skilled mixing engineer to bring out the best in a collection of 5–10 tracks, each featuring a single vocal and acoustic guitar. The project's focus is on preserving a raw, emotional, and minimalist sound, avoiding overproduction while ensuring warmth, balance, and presence. The tracks are recorded in one take, with occasional background static and some guitar bleed into the vocal mic, contributing to the organic feel. The ideal candidate will have a creative yet sensitive approach, using techniques such as subtle panning or track duplication only if they enhance the intimate, live vibe. References and examples are provided to guide the desired sound, which sits in the Indie Folk and Acoustic Rock genres.
