DevSecOps Lead

DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Expert to design and operate secure, scalable backend systems for our MSSP platform (Senthorus). In this hands-on senior role, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and directly impact the reliability, security, and scalability of our cybersecurity services.ResponsibilitiesLead projects end-to-end: conception, architecture, implementation, and deliveryGuide and mentor junior team members; act as a technical leadProvide architectural and technological guidance; define strategic roadmapsManage and optimize DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automationDevelop secure APIs in Python and manage PostgreSQL/MongoDB databasesConduct testing to ensure code quality and system stabilityCollaborate with internal teams to meet client needsContribute to AI-driven, risk-based alerting systemsSkills & ProfileMinimum 8 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, ideally in MSSP or SOC environmentsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity operations and threat detectionHands-on experience in backend infrastructure, CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)Familiarity with AI in cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, XDR, SIEM, SOARStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsCertifications such as Microsoft, SANS, CEH are a plusWhat we offerOpportunity to shape the architecture of a major cybersecurity platform in SwitzerlandCollaborative and innovative work environmentContinuous learning and certification opportunitiesFlexible working arrangements and work-life balance
