Job DescriptionA Swiss company specialized in real estate and construction is experiencing strong growth and is currently seeking an Investment Advisor for its Geneva office. This senior-level position is available immediately.Responsibilities:Manage, develop, and proactively enhance real estate assets or portfolios.Coordinate, lead, and implement the entire value creation and performance process for a property.Participate in the development and monitoring of business plans, budgets, and asset performance.Manage risks and opportunities related to real estate assets in line with the investment strategy and timeline.Analyze the real estate market and conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.Conduct negotiations and ensure the drafting of necessary contracts.Develop and maintain a network of contacts and key partners.Manage the structuring of investment vehicles and opportunities.Ensure internal and external reporting (relations with investors and partners).Oversee administrative follow-up and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions.Requirements:At least 10 years of professional experience in real estate investment in Switzerland.An established network in the Swiss real estate sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical abilities.A sense of commitment, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.High social competence.Adaptability and flexibility.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.Good stress management.Excellent command of French and English.German is a plus.Passionate about construction and real estate.Equipped with the right mix of ambition and team spirit to fit into our talented team.Driven to provide more than just a service to clients—you want to bring true added value to their projects.Eager to join a fast-growing company that is rethinking the real estate industry.If you feel your profile matches the description, and you are motivated, dedicated, and determined to give your best, please don't hesitate to contact us and send your CV along with your references to -capital
