Regular team events, short decision-making cycles, and a vibrant workplace in the FintechHub in Zurich provide the ideal environment for innovation, agility, and personal development.Your Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers and opinion leaders at 2nd pillar asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and major institutional investors across French-speaking Switzerland and beyondInspire prospective clients with the platform's value proposition and offer dedicated support throughout their daily operationsRepresent the company at leading industry events and conferences, with a strong focus on the French-speaking regionPlay an active role in refining and evolving the platform, bringing client insights and market feedback to the product teamContinuously monitor market dynamics, client needs, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities Your Profile Proven experience as a broker in institutional financing or term deposits, or a successful track record in sales within the fintech, banking, or SaaS environmentA well-established network among managers overseeing significant liquidity poolsStrong understanding of treasury products and the challenges faced by institutional financial market participantsExceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of independenceProfessional fluency in German and English, with French being a strong advantagePractical experience with HubSpot, ideally at both user and superuser levels What We Offer Extensive scope for initiative, impact, and personal responsibilityA compelling compensation package combining a competitive base salary with revenue-based incentivesA culture of openness, fast decision-making, and direct access to senior leadership
