From early wireframes to production-ready workflows, you'll shape conversational interactions, dashboards, and reports that allow our customers to achieve outcomes with clarity and confidence.What you'll make happenShape intuitive user experiences by designing end-to-end workflows - from natural chat interactions to dashboards, reports, and visualizations that adapt dynamically to customer data and tasks.Turn ideas into reality through rapid wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests, transforming customer insights into tangible solutions and validating designs before implementation.Collaborate across teams by working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to ensure designs are customer-centric, technically feasible, and directly feed into product priorities.Drive consistency and quality by owning and evolving the design system, and by making sure every workflow maps to a clear job-to-be-done (JTBD) with meaningful outcomes.Create business impact by elevating agentic AI workflows into industry benchmarks and tracking success through usability, adoption, and time-to-value metrics.Uncover real needs via interviews with users and contextual studies, then synthesize into JTBD, journey maps, and prioritized feature specs with clear success metrics.What eases your start4+ years in UI/UX Design for AI, SaaS, or data-heavy applications, with a strong portfolio of wireframes, prototypes, and shipped products.Expertise in designing both conversational (chat/agent) and dashboard-based workflows, including complex data interactions such as reporting and visualization tools.Experienced in workflow design within product discovery frameworks, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Owners.Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).Strong communication and facilitation skills to align Design, Product, and Engineering teams.Nice-to-have: Experience with AI-powered or agentic applications, JTBD frameworks, data visualization and dynamic reporting, conversational AI and prompt design, or a background in industrial/manufacturing and other complex B2B domains.What you can look forward toAn inspiring location - Our Zurich HQ is in the historic Villa Windegg in Seefeld, right by the lake and just minutes from Stadelhofen station, with parks, cafés, and cultural spots nearby.Flexibility that fits - A 42-hour flexitime week with regular office days, home-office options, and the chance to work up to 20 days a year from abroad.A team that moves fast - Join a ~30-person international start-up where initiative, ownership, and quick decisions matter more than hierarchy.Work with purpose - Contribute to intelligent AI solutions that help industries solve real-world challenges.Benefits that support you - 25 vacation days, additional local holidays, full salary continuation during maternity, paternity, and military leave, plus modern workspaces, snacks, and evolving extras as we grow.What starts your journey with usThis is your chance to show not only what you've designed, but how you think and create.
