International Payroll Analyst

DescriptionRH is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple international locations. This role plays a critical part in supporting our global teams by managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and building strong relationships with external vendors and internal partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about precision, process excellence, and continuous improvement.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure accurate and compliant payroll processing for multiple international countries, coordinating and validating payroll data with external vendorsPrepare and execute payroll payments in a timely and accurate mannerManage relationships with payroll providers, HR teams, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolutionValidate payroll data and reconcile discrepancies within strict deadlinesCoordinate payroll approvals in Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, including payslips, funding instructions, and reporting with the Finance teamUpload and release payroll payments through banking platforms while maintaining strong internal controlsPrepare monthly payroll reconciliations, reports, and compliance documentationEnsure adherence to statutory regulations, company policies, and SOX requirementsRespond to employee payroll queries, government correspondence, and compliance notices such as tax filings, wage orders, and employment verificationsSupport month-end close, audits, and other finance or HR initiatives by providing accurate payroll data and insightsStay current on local payroll legislation and best practices across relevant regionsOUR REQUIREMENTS3 years+ of experience in payroll operations, ideally supporting multiple countries.Working knowledge of local employment and payroll lawsExperience with payroll systems such as Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, and HR/Finance technologies (Oracle HCM, Dayforce, Google Workspace, MS Office)Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch)Experience with UK payroll (including PAYE, NI, P11D, RTI, and year-end), or payroll in France, Belgium, Italy, or SpainProven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendorsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDemonstrated ownership and accountability in managing payroll processes end-to-endPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSComplete work at a computer for extended periods of timeCommunicate effectively in person and through written and digital channelsAbility to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workdayOccasionally attend virtual or in-person meetings across multiple time zones
