Job Reference #326421BRJob TypeFull TimeYour roleensure a seamless Front to Back onboarding, a continued client service and support post go-live throughout the trading lifecycle.act as the single point of contact for clients regarding electronic trading solutionslead and coordinates various internal and external specialists including project teamswork closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroadact as the interface between external clients and internal cross-divisional entities in the areas of trading products and their related trading desks as well as support functions such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Custody and Business Technologybuild and foster a smooth and successful client relationship for clients in Switzerland and abroadidentify and implement client requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way by always having the cost- / reward ratio in mindconduct periodical client reviews along with Sales and BusinessYour teamYou will be working in IB Operations, as an Onboarding/Connectivity Specialist mainly responsible for Banks, External Clients and UBS EntitiesYour expertisesound experiences in servicing clients in the financial industry or a university degree with strong conceptual and analytical skillsexperience in Front, Mid or Back Office activities in a trading environment (Foreign Exchange) or as a Project Managerhands-on experience with direct client contact, excellent coordination- and fast learning skills combined with a good understanding of client relationship managementstrong collaboration and influencing skills including problem solving skillsability to multitask and to work under pressure / tight deadlinesstrong sense of ownership and leadershipexcellent communication skills in English and German, French or Italian is beneficialAbout UsUBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
