Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager - Corporate TaxThe experts at Corporate Tax advise companies on all tax issues and support them with challenging national and cross-border projects. Our team is the central point of contact for all questions relating to business strategies, supply chains, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, and Corporate tax compliance. We offer legal and tax support in the areas of national and international tax law.Location:GenevaStart date:By arrangementWorkload:80-100%Your contribution to KPMGProvide guidance to national and international firms on tax implications across various business activities including mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, real estate transactions, supply chain operations, and legal, financial, and operational transformationsAssist clients in tax compliance, tax accounting, and the transformation of tax functionsIncorporate national and international tax laws into analysis and recommendationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and international colleagues from diverse departmentsSupport the guidance and growth of team membersEngage in direct communication with clients and tax authoritiesThis is what makes you successfulHold a Swiss master degree in finance or law or currently enrolled in the Swiss Certified Tax Expertise2 to 6 years of experience in corporate tax in Switzerland acquired within multinational environments, Big 4 firms, or fiduciaries working with international clientsShow a keen interest in business management and Swiss and International corporate tax law mattersStrong analytical, logical and adaptive skills, particularly in finance and accountingGreat aptitude for process-oriented thinking, effective communication, and a passion for digital innovationHigh level of customer focus, teamwork, and dedicationFluent in both French and English; additional language skills, particularly in German, is a plusDiscover KPMG – Become part of our teamThe experts at Corporate Tax advise companies on all tax issues and support them with challenging national and cross-border projects.
