We are committed to the highest safety standards and strive to create a rewarding and engaging workplace by cultivating authentic relationships with passionate professionals.To strengthen our presence in Europe and across international markets, Luxaviation ONE is looking for an experienced Senior Charter Broker, ideally based in Geneva, with flexibility for international remote work depending on experience, profile, and performance.About the RoleAs a Senior Charter Broker, you will build and develop your own portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. You will oversee the entire charter process — from lead generation and quoting to coordination and post-flight follow-up — ensuring a flawless client experience that reflects Luxaviation ONE's high standards of service.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively build and manage a portfolio of VIP, UHNWI, and corporate clients across international marketsIdentify and secure new charter opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic networkingHave a strong ability to build and manage business development campaigns with dedicated software tools including targeted cold calls methodsPrepare tailored commercial offers and negotiate charter contracts adapted to client needsManage full flight organization: aircraft selection, itinerary planning, client briefings, and coordination with operations and suppliersEnsure on-time delivery and excellence in service from initial inquiry to post-flight feedbackProvide high-touch client service, including VIP meet & greet at airports when appropriateOversee invoicing and payment processes for assigned flightsRepresent Luxaviation at industry events and support broader business development initiativesProfile and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in business aviation charter salesSolid understanding of aircraft types, performance, and operational considerationsStrong commercial drive with an established network of international clients and partnersFluent in English additional languages are a plusExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setupImpeccable presentation and attention to detailValid driver's license and ability to pass background checksWillingness to travel when neededWhat We OfferA competitive compensation package: base salary + high commission potential based on performanceAn opportunity to represent one of the world's leading business aviation groupsAccess to a global fleet and comprehensive operational supportThe flexibility to work remotely internationally depending on experience, profile, and performanceA collaborative, international team and strong internal resources to support your growth
