About Our ClientWe are representing a fast-growing investment firm providing direct access to private equity and alternative investment opportunities for investors and professional partners.The firm operates at the intersection of private banking, wealth management, and private markets, offering institutional-grade investment opportunities through a highly connected, agile model.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new distribution and advisory partners (EAMs, family offices, private bankers, or brokers) across Switzerland and neighboring markets. Present the firm's private market solutions and structure collaboration models that align with each partner's client base. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with private investors and professional intermediaries. Maintain close coordination with internal investment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction. Represent the firm at events and within professional networks to enhance visibility and deal flow. The Successful ApplicantYour ProfileMinimum 4-8 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, EAMs, or financial brokerage. Proven book of relationships with HNW/UHNW clients or professional investors in Switzerland. Strong understanding of private markets, alternative investments, and client distribution dynamics. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly relationship-driven. Fluent in English; French and/or German a plus. Based in Geneva, Zurich, or France (with a Swiss client base).
