We invite you to contribute your expertise tothe team, leveraging cutting-edge metrology to uphold the highestquality benchmarks for our client's products.Core ResponsibilitiesAs the QualitySpecialist, you will be the gatekeeper for component excellence,ensuring strict adherence tospecifications:Lead thedimensional and visual verification of incoming materials andcomponents.Master theoperation of specialized equipment, including the 2.5D opticalmeasuring machine and the surface measurementdevice.Execute custommeasurements essential for new product development or in theinvestigation of qualitycomplaints.Generatedetailed inspection reports and formally record pass/fail decisionsdirectly within the SAPsystem.Systematicallydocument and track defects, ensuring the effective segregation ofnon-conforming or suspiciousitems.Perform sampletesting on internal CNC-machinedparts.Support theresolution and processing of quality issues and corrective actionswithsuppliers.CandidateProfileThe ideal individual willpossess the following background andattributes:EducationalFoundation: Successful completion of a basic technical ormechanicalapprenticeship/qualification.Experience:Proven experience (several years) working in a dedicated qualitycontrol or inspectionrole.Technical Acumen:Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technicaldrawings.Language Skills:Fluent written and spoken German is essential; English proficiencyis a beneficial asset.ToolProficiency: Skillful use of conventional metrology tools andstandard business software (MSOffice).System Knowledge:Initial experience or familiarity with the SAP system is aplus.Work Style: A quicklearner who is capable of structured and independent taskmanagement.InterpersonalSkills: A collaborative, supportive, and accountable teamplayer.
