Reports to: Senior Compliance Officer Nahmani Grunder & Cie AG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to join our Zurich office. The successful candidate will assist the Senior Compliance Officer in executing daily, weekly, and annual compliance checks and controls to mitigate risks and ensure the company's adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Duties and responsibilities: Compliance AML: Client due diligence during onboarding Control the account opening process in relation to regulatory obligations, such as AML/KYC Perform Client File Reviews Client Transaction Review on a quarterly base Pep and high risk Review annually Client data CRM Control / maintenance of client data in CRM Regularly review the activity and documentation of client advisors Provide assistance and coordinate, supervise and complete internal projects Project Management and support tasks as required Your qualifications University degree from a leading institution in a relevant discipline (e.g. law, economics) Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant Compliance experience within a Big 4 firm, private bank or asset management company Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment Fluent in English and German, French or other languages are an advantage Strong interest in regulatory and compliance topics Start date: To be agreed Contact: Ms. Fischer, Please submit your application with the usual supporting documents.
