Backed by robust operational infrastructure and partnered with Harrington Cooper for distribution, we are entering a dynamic growth phase and strengthening our relationships with a select group of long-term investors.Role overview:You'll work directly with the COO, acting as his right hand in the day-to-day management of a live hedge fund. You'll gain firsthand exposure to capital markets, fund operations, risk management and the regulatory ecosystem, while contributing to real decisions and processes. Whether you're looking to deepen your knowledge of hedge funds, write a Master's thesis, or explore a future in projects, risk, or operations, this internship gives you the platform to do it.You'll be part of a fast-moving environment where intellectual curiosity, responsibility, and precision matter. Your ideas and contributions will be noticed and valued.What you will do:Support day-to-day fund operationsHelp run dashboards, daily checks, reconciliationsTrack key tasks and workflows (middle office, custodian, administrator)Conduct cost analysis, support vendor coordination, monitor trendsBe involved in Risk, Finance, CompliancePrepare internal logs and reports (risk, finance, compliance)Assist with documentation and follow-ups (onboarding, legal files, contracts)Learn to navigate the fund's regulated environmentCoordinate with external providersCommunicate with IT, compliance, HR/payroll, accounting vendorsHelp interface with counterparties prime brokers and other providersDrive internal projectsContribute to automation, process documentation, and tool designAssist in research and benchmarking (e.g. industry practices, regulatory standards)Support the COO on cross-functional tasks requiring rigor and initiativeWho we're looking for:Master's student in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fieldStrong sense of responsibility, structure, and follow-throughProficient in Excel; experience with Python is a plusClear written English, especially for reports or documentationCurious, resourceful, and eager to learn across multiple disciplinesAble to work in a regulated, high-standard environment where confidentiality is keyWhy join us?Step inside a live hedge fund and see how it really operatesGet exposure to real-world processes in operations, risk, finance, and complianceWork directly with the COO and gain high-level insight into fund managementCollegial, high-performance culture with real ownership and impactIdeal setting for a Master's thesisApplicationPlease send your CV and a short motivation letter to .capitalwith the subject line:Hedge Fund Analyst Intern – [Your Name]
