If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesInnovationOwn and manage innovation projects in line with governance standards & develop business cases.Ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.Market IntelligenceCollect, analyse, and translate market insights, trends, and industry knowledge into actionable strategic recommendations.Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.Marketing & BrandingDevelop product positioning and compelling value propositions based on market intelligence & customer insightsCreate impactful sales presentations and marketing materials to support commercial teams.Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in the market for Texturants/Hydrocolloids or other technical ingredients used in the food, beverage, feed or personal & home care industries.Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management and market analysis.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Winning personality to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.About UsBe part of a team that drives innovation and sustainability.At Jungbunzlauer, we create high-quality, naturally derived ingredients that enhance everyday life – from food and beverage to nutrition, health, and home and personal care.
