Must have thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in a specific massage and body treatment offerings. Excellent communication skills. Ensure a high level of customer care to the guests.A true chameleon of the spa and wellness world, you will carry out treatments booked by clients in a professional manner and according to the standards and protocols of the different brands, Dr Burgener & Esse : massages, facials & body treatments. You will attract customers' attention to the Spa and its facilities (Wet, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, FITness) thanks to your audacious welcome. You will encourage clients' curiosity about the Spa's treatments and a la carte products and position yourself as a salesperson.
