HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Our mission is to reveal the magic of working at Richemont.As part of the Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team based in our HQ in Geneva, you will support in the management of university relations, campus events organization and employer branding activities ensuring a uniform and attractive brand presence for Richemont globally.In this role you will also support and assist the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition communities at Regional and Maison level and collaborate with multiple teams globally (in particular with the Talent Acquisition, Group Internal Communication and Group Corporate Communication teams) ensuring the following activities:Support in the management of campus engagement projects to raise awareness and recruit the next generation of talent across our different functionsSupport in the organization of campus eventsReport and track KPIs linked to our campus engagements and eventsCreate, edit and review content for both our online and offline activationsCreate targeted communication across our different media channelsEdit, design and fine tune visual content for our different media channelsSupport in the reporting and tracking of our communication KPIsSupport with many other TA and EB ad hoc activities and projects, as they occurHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who desire to build upon years of tradition, craftmanship and innovation.
