Transforming knowledge into a strategic resource is our company mission, and we pursue it with the help of our most strategic asset: our people.Job OverviewWe're looking for aDevOps Engineerwith solid experience indeploying and managing Java/Spring Boot web applicationsto join our team inLugano.This role is perfect for someone passionate aboutautomation, continuous delivery, and reliable deployments.What you'll do:Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment lifecycle of Java/Spring Boot applicationsOversee and manage deployments to production, ensuring stability and rollback readinessMonitor system and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools, proactively addressing issues before they impact usersSupport and maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) for Java/Spring Boot microservicesCollaborate closely with development teams to align deployment processes with software design and integration needsInvestigate and troubleshoot runtime or deployment issues across development, staging, and production environmentsWhat you bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceProven experience deploying and maintaining Java/Spring Boot applications in CI/CD environmentsFamiliarity with Java/Spring Boot development is a strong plusHands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similarExperience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and HelmSolid knowledge of Linux systems and Unix shell scriptingStrong attention to detail and commitment to deployment reliability and production stabilityExcellent communication skills inEnglishand a collaborative, problem-solving mindsetLocation Requirement:We do not offer a fully remote work policyCandidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland)or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.)Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy**Are you looking for an exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment?Please do not hesitate to apply now**Our personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders.The data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
