If you are interested in a career in a highly technical environment, thrive on pushing boundaries, and want to achieve ambitious goals, we would love to hear from you.About the RoleAs an Electrical Engineer, your main role will be to design and develop different electronic boards for UAVs (e.g. Flight Controllers, Companion Computer, Electronic Speed Controllers)ResponsibilitiesSchematic Design: Design and develop schematics for electronic boards.Board Placement and Routing: Perform board placement and routing to meet design specifications.Physical Integration: Collaborate with the Mechanical Department to ensure seamless physical integration of the boards into the product.Sensor Integration: Work closely with the GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Department to ensure accurate and effective sensor integration.Electromagnetic Compatibility: Address and resolve EMC challenges while ensuring signal integrity.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in electrical and electronic boards through effective troubleshooting.Testing and Validation: Conduct testing, integration, and performance validation of electronic boards to meet operational and design requirements.Candidate RequirementsEducational Background: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in electronics design and tools (e.g. Altium).Testing Proficiency: Proficiency in using electronic test equipment.Additional Skills: Experience with Robotics or Aerospace systems is a strong advantage.Problem-Solving: Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical challenges.Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.Commitment: 100% dedication to Harmattan AI's mission, vision, and ambitious growth plans, ready to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence.We look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI.
