Vous serez basé à Berne, Suisse, ou à Bruxelles, Belgique, avec la flexibilité d'un modèle de travail hybride. En tant que jeune professionnel, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien de notre infrastructure technologique.Assurer le support technique de premier niveau pour les utilisateurs finaux, en résolvant les problèmes matériels et logiciels.Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques en temps opportun.Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques et logiciels.Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les processus de support IT.Documenter les procédures et les solutions pour enrichir notre base de connaissances.Nous recherchons un candidat motivé et flexible, prêt à développer ses compétences dans un environnement dynamique.
