The role is part of a global marketing organization and works closely with international stakeholders across multiple regions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage global brand strategies for the Weed Control portfolioLead brand positioning and value propositions for New Product IntroductionsWork closely with Marketing, R and D, Technical, Regulatory, and Regional teamsEnsure global brand guidelines and messaging are applied consistently across marketsManage the global brand budget and monitor performanceTranslate technical and scientific product information into clear brand messagesTrack brand performance and recommend improvements RequirementsUniversity degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in brand management or marketing in crop protection, agriculture technology, chemicals, or a comparable technical B2B environmentExperience with global or regional brand strategies and product launchesAbility to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational and communication skillsStructured, hands-on working style and ability to work under time pressureFluent in English If you are interested in this position, please apply via Manpower.
