You will lead the global L&D function independently, collaborating closely with the Head of People & Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful, scalable learning solutions.Your AMINA To-Do ListStrategic Learning Design:Develop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with AMINA's business objectives and talent development priorities.Cross-Functional Training Design & DeliveryDesign and deliver comprehensive learning programs tailored to the needs of various departments including Sales, Compliance, Account Management, and other verticals. These programs should focus on enhancing functional expertise, product knowledge, consultative engagement, and regulatory understanding, with a strong emphasis on financial services and fintech contexts. Learning Journeys:Create role-specific learning pathways across functions, levels, and geographies.
