The One Funnel team's mission is to enhance customer experience and help dealers solve challenges by implementing One Funnel actions within the dealership, including but not limited to: Machine Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Service Execution, Customer Onboarding and Account Management. What You Will Do:As a Business Data Analyst you will work directly with One Funnel Consultants and Dealers to understand business challenges. You will also:Prototype, develop, iterate, test, and deploy PALs (Prioritized Action Lists)Understand the dealer systems and business processes used to deploy the PALsSupport the One Funnel Dealers in implementing actions to drive growth and efficiency across the dealershipEmployee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.
