They are looking for someone trustworthy, organised, and proactive, who enjoys maintaining a smooth-running home and occasionally travelling with the family.ResponsibilitiesHousehold duties Full cleaning of the home to a high standard Laundry and ironing for the family Grocery shopping and pantry organisation Family cooking (simple, healthy meals) Managing household supplies and errands Ensuring the home is tidy, organised, and well cared for Child-related duties Babysitting their 9-year-old on Saturday evenings (18:00–23:00) Occasionally helping with simple childcare-related tasks when needed Additional expectations Ability and willingness to travel with the family Driving is a strong plus Ability to communicate in English (B2-C1 level) Discretion, reliability, and a positive attitude RequirementsProfile Required EU passport or valid Swiss work permit Minimum 5 years' experience working for private families Excellent, checkable references Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and show initiative Friendly, respectful, hardworking, and child-friendly BenefitsContract & Benefits Position: Full-time, long-term Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: CHF 4600 gross per month Paid holidays and social contributions as per Swiss regulations
