Contract Role: QC Project LeadDuration: 10 months with possibility of extensionLocation: VispRole OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedQC Project Leadto join a cross-functional project environment within a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting. In this contract role, you will act as thesingle point of contact for Quality Control (QC)within project teams, ensuring strategic alignment across Quality Assurance, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, and external stakeholders.You will independently represent QC interests, drive communication between internal and external partners, and ensure that QC activities are deliveredon time, within scope, and cost-efficiently, even under changing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary QC representative in cross-functional project teamsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customersPlan, prepare, and oversee production campaigns from a QC perspectiveManage and process change requests and deviations in compliance with GMP requirementsCoordinate and support customer audits and regulatory inspectionsCalculate, track, and monitor QC-related project costsIndependently coordinate, prioritize, and schedule QC activities across analytical laboratories and project stakeholdersEnsure clear and effective communication between QC, production, program management, process development, and quality teamsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's degree or PhD in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)Experience working in aGMP-regulated environment; QC experience is a strong advantageStrong communication skills inGerman and English(written and spoken)Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office)Experience with pharmaceutical or laboratory systems (e.g., DMS, LIMS, quality management tools) is an advantageStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPersonal AttributesProactive, independent, and detail-oriented working styleComfortable operating in matrix and interdisciplinary teamsCustomer-focused with a structured, solution-oriented mindsetCalm and effective under pressure, even in dynamic project environmentsOpen, collaborative communicator with a team-player attitude
