Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms. We are looking for someone for the position of: Assistant Human Resources 40% - 60% (m/w/d) TLNT1_CHYour Tasks Ensure a smooth entry and exit process from A-Z Prepare offers, payslips and certificates Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, obtaining work permits, processing accident and illness reports Organize the end of contract documents Ensuring compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the L-GAV Administration of onboarding and offboarding You support and accompany our employees from the moment they move intostaff accommodation and ensure that they remain connected to us as ambassadors when they leave Your Profile Reliable, discreet and warm personality up for a new challenge Independant and structured way of working Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, other language of Swizerland (French & German) will be a plus HR specialist with federal certificate Why us ?
