In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination across product strategy, delivery, marketing, and client success. You will shape the product roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are clearly articulated, well-documented, and effectively positioned in the market. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, a structured and proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes. During your time at Taurus as Senior Product Manager, you will : Product strategyDrive the product strategy for the product(s) in scopeDefine detailed product roadmap and syndicate it with Taurus' sales and IT organizationsMonitor market trends and best practices in the product spaceCapture all direct client requirements and prioritise themCapture all sales' organization feedback and prioritise themIdentify competitive strengths and gapsProduct deliveryDraft business requirements and user stories for all products in scopeInteract on a daily basis with software development teams Accountable for on-time and at-cost delivery of product roadmapEnsure product development follows corresponding internal controls frameworkProduct marketing and documentationDevelop and maintain product marketing (presentation, videos, 1-pager) documentation in collaboration with Taurus' Marketing departmentMaintain up-to-date product documentation for business users (Lead)Ensure API documentation is in-line with product latest features and easy to read by clients (Support)Client success: ensure maximum customer satisfactionRegularly participate in client meetingsEnsure latest features are understood and used by clientsTrain client staff on a regular basisBusiness developmentParticipate to RFPsParticipate to prospects' discussions and lead all demosParticipate in clients' integration projects as a subject matter expertRequirements5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role with at least 2-4 years of experience with a digital asset custody solution.
