Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team and drive the company forward.Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Responsibilities:Advise on all financial decisions and implement effective decision making processes to set the organisation up for success and help achieve the company missionOversee the company's short and long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecastsWork with the rest of the senior leadership team to develop goals and advise on key financial considerations and terms for commercial dealsDevelop and implement predictive tools, systems, models and activity based financial analysis to make actionable recommendations in decision makingLiaise with business leads across various finance related processes and topics including commercialisation, purchasing and partnering, control & compliance requirements, data access, and interpretationOversee resource allocation and annual enterprise valuationCreate and distribute ROI frameworks to ensure effective spending of funds, while identifying key revenue and cost driversPrepare financial and strategic analysis of the business for internal and external presentationChief Financial Officer (CFO) - Requirements:BS or BA degree in Business, Finance or related field; Master's degree in Business or Accounting preferred (or equivalent)Previous financial leadership experience, ideally within the wider Pharmaceutical and Life Science spaceStrong experience leading successful teams and divisionsAdept in providing strategic advice and collaborating with a senior leadership teamSignificant experience within accounting and/or planning and forecastingRobust analytical skills with proven success leading projects and creating insights to influence key stakeholders are essentialDetail oriented, strategically focused with the ability to effortlessly multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentA demonstrated track record of effectively partnering with technical, business, and operations colleaguesMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
