About the roleNeural Concept is seeking an profesional to lead our global security, risk, and compliance strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will work across engineering, product, and operations to safeguard our AI-driven platform and support our transformation into a fully LLM-native organization.Our deep learning technology powers real-time engineering design across industries—from automotive to aerospace. As we scale, we need a security leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.What you will doOwn the company's information security strategy and drive executive-level security decision-making.Mature our security posture across cloud infrastructure, SaaS, data, and AI systems.Lead all security certifications (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2) and manage internal/external audits.Oversee enterprise risk management, vendor risk, and regulatory alignment.Direct cloud, identity, access, endpoint, and secure SDLC architecture.Establish monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management capabilities.Ensure secure adoption of LLM-based tooling and internal workflows.Evaluate and implement modern, AI-powered security technologies.Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security-by-design.Manage security roadmap, tooling, vendors, and procurement.Who you are5+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or IT governance in SaaS or high-growth tech.Strong expertise in cloud security, IAM, endpoint control, and SaaS orchestration.Experience with ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, and customer security assessments.Knowledge of AI/LLM security and modern automated security tooling.You bring strong technical understanding of modern cloud-based IT stacks (e.g., SSO, device management, SaaS orchestration).You are passionate about innovation, automation, and emerging technologies, particularly LLMs and generative AI.You are proactive, highly organized, and able to balance operational stability with innovation and scale.You getWork with a world-class technology team – our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence.Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another.Make a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable.Balance life and work with a hybrid model (40% remote) and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules.We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
