Your mission will be to ensure that all employees are paid on time and that their pay checks are accurate, as well as to provide analysis, statistics and declarations. This mission is to cover a maternity leave until end of May 2026.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy of personal data in the payroll systemBe responsible for Payroll processing:collect financial information needed for payroll processingverify variable data as maternity, sickness, accident indemnities andmiscellaneous allowancesmanage withholding taxesprocess monthly payroll checksensure validation of the payment to the bank, upload file into bank website and ensure proper validation by authorized signatoriesCreate the accounting interface for salary information onto the accounting systemEstablish the month-end payroll accrualsEnsure a compliant management of Equity and shadow payroll management (tax and social contribution)Validate and complete monthly and annual social contributions declarationsPerform the accounting reconciliations on a monthly basisProduce year end personal tax certificates and appendicesPrepare payroll reports and statistics for HR and Finance Departments under the supervision of the Payroll ManagerAnswer to any employees' payroll requestsBe responsible to follow relevant legislation compliance, and internal policiesFollow up the SOX compliance and manage internal and external audit requestsMay perform other administrative, finance or human resources-related dutiesParticipate to various payroll projects under the lead of the Payroll ManagerThe candidate will be required to travel to our Fribourg manufacturing locationWe would like to hear from you, if you have:Economic education (HES), HR assistant certificate or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally experience in an international industrial companyExcellent knowledge of Swiss standard conditions, including pension funds, social security insurances, taxes and benefitsFluent in French & English is required.Strong interpersonal and communications skillsGood organizational skills and detailed orientedFlexible to adapt to fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentHonest, reliable, and discreetService oriented and team playerCandidates with in-house and outsourcing experience will have a strong advantage.If you don't find yourself in all points, apply anyway,because nobody is perfect and you can learn a lot with usHave we sparked your interest?Then take your future into your own hands as soon as possible - we look forward to getting to know you.EMEA Business DescrParker Hannifin EMEA Sàrl ("PHEMEA"), based in Etoy, Switzerland, is the Principal Operating Company for Parker in the EMEA region.
