LHH Recruitment Solutions, a subsidiary of the Adecco Group, offers a comprehensive range of integrated HR services in Switzerland, including recruitment, interim management, talent assessment, career transition, and training.With offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich, LHH supports both companies and candidates through workforce transformations, providing solutions such as permanent placements, executive search, interim management, career transition, talent development, and RPO.At the core of its approach: recognized sector expertise, reliable analytical tools, and a strong focus on soft skills, ensuring a personalized and results-driven experience.For one of our clients, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for an International Lighting Engineer to join their engineering department:Your Responsibilities:Collect and analyze the needs of installers and European subsidiaries.Define product briefs and improve the portfolio by integrating trends, sustainability, and standards.Manage tenders with sourcing teams and suppliers (Europe & Asia).Apply Design to Cost / Design to Value principles.Provide technical support to subsidiaries and resolve quality issues.Travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to China for development and supplier follow-up.Your Profile:Degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.3-5 years of experience in technical product development in the lighting sector.Knowledge of lighting standards and control systems (DALI-2, wireless).Experience with China and sourcing processes.Fluent in French and English.Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and focus on quality and performance.#LI-PM1#LI-Hybridundefined
