At Capco, we will train and support you to help accelerate your career.YOUR CAPCO DAYLead the design and implementation of Dataiku-based data analytics and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies, integrating Dataiku into enterprise ecosystems, and establishing effective data pipelines and workflows.Develop scalable data models, ETL processes, and best practices for data preparation, transformation, and governance.Provide technical leadership in Dataiku project workflows, API integrations, and customizations to meet client-specific needs.Conduct requirements engineering sessions to gather and refine business and technical needs, translating them into actionable solutions within Dataiku.YOUR CAPCO FITProven experience in data architecture, data modelling, and ETL development, with a strong focus on implementing Dataiku solutions.Solid understanding of data governance, machine learning workflows, and metadata management concepts.Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to align technical solutions with broader business strategies and goals.Consulting mindset, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft efficient and scalable data solutions.
