At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity.MAIN OBJECTIVEThe Regional Operations intern is a key contributor within our Cartier Europe Operations department. This role will be responsible for efficiently ensuring the administration of staff orders and deliveries to offer the highest service. It will also support the team in order to optimize and monitor the stock management.This person must possess an understanding of order system management and have proven experience in collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables in a client-centric luxury environment.The position is based in Meyrin, Geneva within our "Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie".KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage Operations for Switzerland staff sales:Be the point of contact for any requests about staff sales ordersManage orders on all products segments from end-to-end: allocation, shipment, invoicing and after-salesBuild and improve reporting for monitoring this activityWork with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animationSupport Operations and Stock strategyAllocate stock according to Merchandising recommendations or business needs.Collaborate with Products Allocations Coordinators to improve processesMonitor Europe distribution activityPerform daily, weekly and monthly checks to optimize distributionPerform necessary stock adjustments related to Maison guidelinesSupport team on specific topics & projectsYOUR PROFILECurrently pursing a Bachelor or a Master degree in Supply Chain or equivalentInternship agreement is mandatoryExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on ExcelExcellent collaborative & organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong sense of service and reactivity requiredFluent in English and French, any additional European language is a plusExperience with SAP is a plus as well as expertise in Luxury Retail IndustryStarting date: March 2026WHAT YOU COULD GET FROM THIS INTERNSHIP?Get a deeper knowledge of products offer and SAP systemDevelop communication skills with several teamsDiscover operations and distribution challenges in an international environment#Richemont #WeCraftTheFuture
