To support our sales force at any of our three locations, we are looking for a Formulator and Product Engineer (m/f/d)%Your tasksDevelopment and optimization of feed formulations, taking into account species-specific needs, operational possibilities, and economic efficiencyRegular review and continuous development of the existing feed rangeCreation of new recipes for trials, product range items, and individual farm mixesEnsuring correct declarations in accordance with recipes and legal requirementsRevision, maintenance, and further development of the premix range (internal and external)Active organization, support, and implementation of test phases and market launches of new productsMaintenance and further development of the Bestmix formulation software (price and matrix updates)Close cooperation with suppliers, including product evaluationTechnical contact person for feeding and production-related questions for production, field service, technology, and customer serviceDefinition, monitoring, and further development of quality parameters in cooperation with the quality, production, and purchasing departmentsEvaluation and documentation of trials with new products and additives You and your backgroundYou have training in livestock science, animal nutrition, or a comparable qualification and have a strong affinity for the agricultural industry.Several years of professional experience in animal nutrition and feed formulation is an advantage.Experience in working with multiple production sites (multimix) and knowledge of formulation programs such as Allix, Bestmix, Format, Brill, or comparable systems are desirable.You are fluent at least in one of these 3 languages: English, German or French.You have strong social skills and enjoy working in a team and across departments.A structured, precise, and conscientious approach to work, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks sensibly, round off your profile.
