Its mission is to help ensure safe, nutritious and affordable food for all while promoting responsible use of land and agricultural inputs.Headquartered in Switzerland, the company is committed to providing innovative solutions to protect crops from seed to harvest.Your Tasks:Independently plan, schedule and conduct high-quality experimental projectsCollect and document data in compliance with patent and reporting requirementsMaintain detailed records and perform data analysis using digital tools (databases, tables, graphics)Present and discuss results with supervisorsConduct special tests related to:Mechanism and site of actionUptake, distribution and metabolismApplication timingActivity profiles across various cropsRoutine activity testing of substancesWork across laboratory, greenhouse and field environmentsHandle biological materials with elevated safety classification (S2) and perform sterile workIndependently develop and refine experimental methodsTake responsibility for general laboratory facilities or specific specialized areasYour Profile:Strong IT skillsSolid prior knowledge relevant to the role's responsibilitiesGood German and English communication skills (B2 level or higher)Experience with plants and plant diseasesBackground in microbiology; experience in molecular biology and/or microscopy is advantageousHigh degree of independence, organizational talent, and ability to quickly and confidently master new tasksStrong decision-making abilities and technical understandingTransparent communication, team-oriented mindset, and openness to feedbackFlexibility in adapting to changing project needs
