We are a SOC2 Type 2company and headquartered in Los Altos, CA (SF Bay Area).Our native token is traded on both centralized and decentralized exchanges.As our ecosystem grows, we're seeking a highly skilled Treasury &Trading Strategy Lead to manage and optimize the DAO treasury,navigate liquidity events, and implement data-driven trading strategies thatalign with our long-term vision.About the RoleAs the Treasury & Trading Strategy Lead, you will be responsible foroverseeing and actively managing the DAO's treasury assets to maximizeyield and minimize risk. You will work closely with the Head of the DAO andcollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financialhealth, transparency, and strategic planning for future liquidity events.Job requirements3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, orDeFi strategy.Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized tradingplatforms.Proven track record in designing and implementing assetmanagement and tokenomics strategies.Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models andsimulating buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth.Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAOgovernance.Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across majorchains and DEXsAdvanced data analytics and dashboarding skills (e.g., Dune, Nansen,Flipside, custom SQL dashboards).High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operatingtransparently.
