About the RoleIn this position, you will review and analyze video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective, and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standardsFlag, escalate, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful materialMaintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detailWork effectively in 24/7 rotative shifts to meet deadlinesCollaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understandingStay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes RequirementsMandatory Fluent German (C1C2) + strong English (B2 minimum)Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skillsAvailability to work in flexible rotating shiftsAbility to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos)Preferred Experience in moderation, contact centers, or customer supportExposure to sensitive or graphic contentStrong communication and teamwork skillsEmotional resilience and ability to stay professional under challenging content Compensation & BenefitsWithout experience Base salary: Up to gross/yearLanguage bonus: 3240 gross/yearWith experience in content analysis Base salary: 16,100 gross/yearLanguage bonus: 3240 gross/yearMeal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card, net)Transport Allowance: 700 Relocation SupportFor candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal: Full assistance with NIF & NISSSupport in finding accommodation2,500 gross relocation bonus(paid with first payroll)For candidates relocating within Portugal (100+ km from Lisbon): 1,500 gross relocation bonus Why Join Us?
