Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe deliver knowledge on the safety profiles of our medicines, define how to manage risks to patients and coordinate the pharmacovigilance system activities for the company providing a safe journey for each individual patient, everywhere.The OpportunityYou act as Business Process Owner for high-complexity PV processes, ensuring end-to-end process design and oversight.You lead and drive PV excellence across Roche Affiliates with best-in-class global PV standards.You collaborate with CCLs, Affiliates, and global functions to achieve high-quality and compliant global PV processes.You engage IPS Community Heads and Affiliates in optimizing and ensuring adherence to PV standards.You drive continuous evaluation and refinement of global PV processes and corresponding systems/tools.You lead, manage, and sponsor PV improvement efforts and large cross-functional projects.Who You AreYou hold a scientific qualification (PhD or MSc) in healthcare, life sciences, or a relevant discipline and minimum 10+ years of experience in PV, clinical research, development, or drug safety science.You possess broad understanding and experience in global and Affiliate PV processes, with a minimum of 5 years in Affiliate PV roles.You demonstrate strong project and process management skills, with 5+ years in process design and oversight.You possess strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, capable of working cross-functionally and in matrix teams.You exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively summarize and communicate key points for decision-making.If this opportunity excites you, please apply by submitting your CV and cover letter by 3rd Dec 2025.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
