Job description Role OverviewSky is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Leader to guide the creation, promotion, and integration of a new Sub-DAO within the broader Sky Ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer an initiative that bridges DeFi and TradFi, enabling mass adoption for Digital Stablecoins and delivering value across a diverse global audience.As the Sub-DAO Leader, you will lead efforts to integrate financial players, facilitate adoption of innovative savings mechanisms, and ensure that Sub-DAOs contribute meaningfully to the Sky Ecosystem's growth. You'll work with a small, resourceful team to make transformative ideas a reality.Key ResponsibilitiesSub-DAO Development and StrategyDesign and launch new Sub-DAOs to align with the broader Sky Ecosystem vision.Promote Sub-DAOs within the ecosystem, driving adoption and collaboration.Identify and implement innovative value propositions for Sub-DAOs to enhance ecosystem utility.Integration and Ecosystem GrowthDrive integration of the Spark Savings Rate into Sub-DAOs and wallets.Collaborate with TradFi institutions (FinTech players, retail banks, etc.) to onboard their customers into the Sky Ecosystem.Develop strategies to bring retail financial benefits, such as the Savings Rate, to mass audiences.Mass Adoption FocusDesign initiatives targeting financial inclusion in underdeveloped regions.Build user-friendly solutions that resonate with both DeFi enthusiasts and mainstream audiences.Advocate for scalable and accessible products that simplify the user journey into the ecosystem.Entrepreneurial ExecutionLead a small, scrappy team to achieve ambitious goals with limited resources.Take ownership of challenges, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.Cultivate partnerships with ecosystem players to accelerate adoption and growth.Job requirementsProven experience in DeFi, with a solid understanding of its mechanics and potential.Track record of fostering mass adoption strategies, ideally involving FinTech or retail banking.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate and succeed in ambiguous environments.Deep familiarity with wallets, savings products, and integrations in DeFi.Passion for financial inclusion, with a focus on underdeveloped regions.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.Why Join Us?At Skybase, we're redefining the future of finance.
