Position SummaryTheWarehouse Associate II (Materials Handler)is responsible for performing and documenting dailyMaterials Managementoperations and internal material flow activities within acGMP environment.This position covers all floor operations in both theWarehouseandWeigh & Dispensedepartments, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and flexibility to support cross-functional operations based on business needs and Supervisor direction.Key ResponsibilitiesUnload, receive, and store incoming materials.Ship materials following internal procedures (IATA certificationis a plus).Performweighing and dispensingoperations —mandatory requirement.Load and handletoxic materialssafely, following established safety guidelines.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all material movements.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (validForklift Licenserequired).Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.Support bothWarehouseandWeigh & Dispenseoperations as needed.Collaborate with a17- member teamto achieve operational targets.RequirementsExperience:Minimum2 years of overall experiencein warehouse or materials handling.Warehouse experience–mandatory.Weigh & Dispenseexperience –mandatory.GMP experience– nice to have but not required.Languages:English – mandatory.Certifications:ValidForklift License– required.IATA certification– nice to have.Technical Skills:Experience withOracle(ERP system).
