For our client, an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug, we are looking for:Relationship Manager East Europe & Central Asia (m/f) 100%Responsibilities:Develop existing and establishing new client relationships, utilising your experience of financial markets and in-depth knowledge of the wealth management business.Effectively maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients (private and/or corporate) through excellent networking skills.Provide high quality support services that meet client needs, goals and expectations.Proactively offer banking support products, investment products and family office services to clients based on deep understanding of the subject area.Maintain high standards of client interaction and comply with procedures in accordance with the Swiss regulatory framework.Requirements: University degree5+ years of professional experience in banking or wealth management and working with high net worth individuals and/or large corporate clients (as a relationship manager or investment advisor in banks or external asset managements).Sustainable client portfolio with development potential.Extensive network in East Europe/ Central Asia countries of potential HNW/UHNW clients. The same network in the MENA region or in Tichino is an advantage.Knowledge of relevant Swiss regulatory topics (AML, cross-border requirements, etc.). Good understanding of the Swiss/EU legislative framework for the core area.Willingness to travel and work with a flexible schedule.Fluency in English and Russian.
