Come, join us on this journeyThe Vuse Category (Brand) Executive is a member of the Marketing Team and is a key stakeholder in growing the Vuse brand in the Swiss market. He/she will support the Category Manager in the definition of the Brand strategy and drive the implementation of Brand Marketing projects.ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and evaluate category projects derived from Vuse brand strategy, based on company targets, regulatory environment, market environment and consumer behaviour anticipating respective consumer needs.Brief agencies, internal stakeholders and NPI to manage the implementation of assigned brand projects. Steer and coordinate assigned Comms Touchpoints in day-to-day business. Fulfill the function of Touchpoint person-of-contact for the category.Analyse and evaluate market performance and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the category.Support Category Manager in the strategic and operational brand planning.Lead cross-functional projects and implement defined and agreed measures.Ensure effective budget allocation within the context of approved budgetsEXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEDegree, business administration with focus on marketingHigh flexibility + excellent interface management (in-house and external)Effective and efficient way of working Experience in project managementFeel for brands / consumersAnalytical and conceptual skills and individual initiative and organizational skillsDistinctive communication skillsMarked ability to work in a team, to establish contact and to collaborateFlexibility and resilienceGood knowledge of MS Office and relevant marketing applicationsbusiness fluent language skills in English and either French or German What we offer you?• We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)• Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives• Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
