You'll support both engineering and workshop functions while helping develop tools, rigs, and scalable assembly processes.This is a dynamic and experimental role for a practical builder who enjoys precision work, independence, and collaboration with top-tier engineers.WHAT YOU WILL DO Build and test mechanical and electromechanical prototypes from early-stage designsExecute rapid prototyping and mechanical assembly trialsImprove and manage workshop workflows, tooling, inventory, and calibration Operate key shop equipment including milling machines, lathes, and test setupsWork closely with engineering to refine mechanical designs for prototyping and future manufacturabilityPerform goods-in inspection, maintain PPE and tools, and ensure safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab and workshop environmentWHO YOU AREHands-on problem solver with strong craftsmanship, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in workshop environments.
