We are convinced that expanding knowledge and skills is essential for their professional success and daily fulfillment.Mission :Provide on-site support for Geneva-based infrastructure, including physical maintenance, incident resolution, and performance monitoring.Act as focal point for service transition, global technical escalations, and coordination with internal teams and external providers.Support hosted services and ensure secure, reliable operations in line with ITSM processes.Contribute to the industrialization of solutions, supporting BUILD to RUN phases with technical expertise.Your role :Ensure smooth datacenter and infrastructure operations through proactive/reactive maintenance and incident management (SLA/OLA compliance).Support Go-Live phases of new services and participate in change management and continuous improvement processes.Apply operational procedures, perform daily checks, updates, and standard hardware maintenance.Provide support to ICT delegations and collaborate with T&I units and external service providers.Produce and maintain operational documentation, capacity reports, and availability metrics.Identify, anticipate, and document infrastructure issues, and propose improvements.Occasionally work outside business hours or on weekends when required..Your profile :5–10 years' professional experience, including 5+ years in datacenter hardware management.Proven experience in datacenter operations (racking, cabling, power, cooling).Good knowledge of scripting/automation, VMware vSphere, SAN, File System/Object/block storage, DRP concepts, enterprise backup.Experience with VMware vSphere 8.0, Commvault backup, Hitachi HNAS/HCP/OpsCenter is a plus.Knowledge and strong interest for hyperconverged technologies.Proficiency with service-management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).General knowledge of Windows and Linux (RedHat a plus).Solid understanding of server and computer hardware, and open-source concepts.VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certified or equivalent experience.Commvault Command Center/CommCell Console certified or equivalent experience.Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) certified or equivalent experience.Hitachi HNAS/HCP/OpsCenter certified or equivalent experience.MCSA or equivalent experience.ITIL certification.Excellent command of English and French.The perks :two days of remote workWe will only respond to applications that best meet the requirements.Your file will not be shared with other companies without your consent.
