We aim to be Europe's leading prevention platform.As ourSenior Product Engineer, you will shape the next development phase of our digital product and service. You'll own significant parts of the user experience and technical strategy, translating our goals into a product that our users will love and trust. You'll work closely with our users, CEO, CTO, CPO, designer, engineers, marketing, and medical advisors.We're looking for someone who loves to ship, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and defaults to quick, data-informed iterations. You should be someone who cares deeply about all the little-big details, from system performance to intuitive micro-interactions, that separate a good product from a great one.ResponsibilitiesShape the experience.Build consumer experience, from ideation and implementation to iteration.Scale business through user-love.Translate business goals and user needs into scalable solutions that users come back to.Iterate relentlessly.Use data and metrics to drive engagement, retention, and acquisitions.Drive AI innovation.Apply AI to enhance features, personalization, and engineering velocity.Architect secure health-tech. Build modular, secure, and safe products for personal health.Need to have5-7+ years of experience shipping impactful features, for consumer-facing digital products, that significantly improve user metrics, e.g. engagement and retention.An innovative mindset and a strong experience of applying modern AI-powered approaches. We are a hybrid engineering team, half-humans half-AI.Full-stack experience and deep expertise with modern frontend (e.g. React) and backend (e.g. ) frameworks, for building data-heavy, intuitive UIs.
