ICSC ensures the compliant execution of a wide range of processes, guaranteeing the high-quality delivery of both physical and digital diagnostic products through well-established supply channels.As an Inter Company SAP Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and improving the intercompany supply chain systems (SAP) and processes within our organization. You'll play a key role in identifying optimization potential and developing innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our intercompany supply chain function.The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst to join our Team to support a global transformation program, Project ASPIRE - which aims to deploy S/4 HANA across the Roche ecosystem. In this critical role, you will support the project by representing a central Trading Entity that is already live on our new SAP S/4HANA system.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing and system testing for the Inter-Company Supply Chain (ICSC) processes within the SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.Deployment Support/Global Collaboration : Work in close collaboration & Support local deployment teams at Commercial Sites, Manufacturing Sites, and Distribution Hubs as they transition to the new S/4HANA system to coordinate testing activities, validate end-to-end business processes and ensure alignment.Process Execution & Validation: Perform hands-on execution and validation of core inter-company and dropshipment process scenarios from the perspective of the live Trading Entity. This includes; Sales Order (SD); Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO/MM); Vendor Invoice Posting and verification (VIM); Inbound Delivery processing (MM) & Outbound Delivery processing (SD); SD Billing and inter-company billing (SD) and Idoc Monitoring / Idoc processingDefect Management: Identify, document, and track system defects, collaborating with Local business support Team, technical and functional teams to ensure timely resolution.Documentation: Assist in maintaining process documentation and training materials.Who You AreYou are an analytical and strategic thinker with strong collaboration and technical skills ready to tackle complex supply chain challenges:Completed studies in business administration, supply chain, business informatics, or a related field.Proven experience in supply chain operations or a similar function.Profound knowledge of SAP SD & MM as well as analysis tools (e.g., Excel, gSheets, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.Fluency in both German and English, complemented by excellent organizational, multitasking, and teamwork abilities, and an open-minded approach to new methods.Ready for the next step?
