Sie erbringen Dienstleistung im Bereich Sonderkonstruktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen. Sie beraten Bauingenieure, Planer und Bauunternehmer im Bereich Sonderkonstruktionen auf einem hohen technischen Niveau, unter Einbezug der aktuellen Normen:R&DErarbeitung von Vorschlägen für neue Produkte sowie Optimierung von bestehenden Produkten à R&D Projekte.Projektmanagement und -durchführung: Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Produktentwicklung und -optimierung der CH-Produkte. Prüfversuche koordinieren, aufgleisen, begleiten und auswerten.Austausch mit relevanten internen (Produktion, Beschaffung, R&D anderer Länder usw.) und externen (Lieferanten, Prüflabore, Hochschulen usw.) Partner.Durchführen von Produkte-Schulungen (Wissenstransfer und/oder Updates) mit den Mitarbeitenden in der Bewehrungs- und Fassadentechnik.Erarbeitung von revidierten und neuen technischen Unterlagen (interne Berechnungstools, externe Dokumentationen usw.). SonderkonstruktionBeratung der Kunden in der Anwendung unserer Sonderprodukte und Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen.Betreuung und Abwicklung von Schlüsselprojekten direkt mit den Kunden (Beratung, Dimensionierung, Auftragsabwicklung und Produktion) in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen.Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von automatisierten Arbeitsabläufen bzw. Prozessoptimierung.Ihr ProfilAbgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium FH / ETH / TU (Masterabschluss oder höher) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften und Normen (SIA und/oder EC).Innovations-, Kommunikations- und analytische Fähigkeit.Idealerweise Erfahrung im R&D in einer ähnlichen Position sowie im Projektmanagement.Fachwissen in der Konstruktion und Berechnung im Stahl-/Stahlbetonbau.Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung ist vom Vorteil.Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch oder Französisch und gute Kenntnisse der anderen Sprache.
