Job Description SummaryAre you a scientifically curious Bachelor ́s or Master ́s student eager to contribute to breakthrough therapies that could improve and extend the lives of millions of patients?Join our Biomedical Research team in Basel, Switzerland, for an internship in Global Discovery Chemistry—where we design and create new molecules to treat patients across key disease areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Renal, Immunology, and Neuroscience.As part of Novartis' innovation engine, you'll work alongside a diverse and motivated team of medicinal, synthetic, and analytical chemists, driving and supporting cutting-edge drug discovery projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge in synthetic or analytical chemistry, gain hands-on experience, and grow under the guidance of expert scientists.Job DescriptionLocation: Basel, Switzerland, #LI-On-SiteThis internship is limited up to 6 months with a starting date in January 2026.Please note that we can only accept applicants who are eligible to work in Switzerland.
