This internship offers an exciting opportunity to enhance and standardize our internal and external communications across a multicultural and international landscape.Key Responsibilities:Conduct an assessment of current communication channels and content, proposing a standardization roadmap.Develop a message map and style guide to ensure consistency in tone, format, and visuals.Establish a global editorial calendar and create standard templates for internal communications.Produce engaging content including articles, short videos, infographics etc., adapting for various regions.Enhance the internal newsletter and manage content on internal channels.Your profile:2nd or 3rd year student in communications, marketing, media, or journalism, enrolled in France or Switzerland.Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in French is appreciated.Excellent writing skills and a creative approach to visual storytelling.Proficient with digital tools for video creation and visual design.Organized & autonomous and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Preferred Tools and Competencies:Familiarity with Adobe Suite or alternatives (Canva, CapCut).Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).Rapid learning on any digital toolWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
