Place of Assignment: Prestigious private residence in Cologny, Geneva, SwitzerlandType of Position: Live-in, with separate independent accommodation (studio provided)Start Date: To be agreedEngagement: Permanent, long-term commitmentAvailability: Flexibility required, including weekends and public holidays, depending on the Principal's needsPosition ID : 435Family OverviewA distinguished international family, residing in Cologny, is seeking an experienced and discreet Domestic Couple to ensure the seamless management, maintenance, and security of their residence.Given the Principals' frequent travels, the Couple will be expected to demonstrate a high level of autonomy, reliability, and initiative, maintaining the property in impeccable condition and ensuring it is always fully prepared to welcome the family at any time.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning and housekeeping of the residence, following a defined checklistFully manage family laundry and household linens, including sorting, care, ironing, and organizationControl and replenish household stock and suppliesPrepare simple, healthy family meals and assist with table service during receptions and dinnersDrive and manage the family's vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely transportationOversee residence maintenance, coordinate repairs, and supervise external contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teamsManage home security systems and enforce safety protocolsMaintain vehicles, schedule service appointments, and handle all related documentation and careManage the upkeep of property exteriors, including grounds and outdoor facilitiesCandidates ProfileSignificant proven experience as a Domestic Couple within UHNW households or luxury estates.Excellent technical skills, including mastery of home automation and modern property systems.Impeccable housekeeping knowledge and experience with high-end finishes and delicate materials.Service-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, integrity, and absolute discretion.Fluent English is mandatory; French highly desirable.Holders of Swiss or EU passports/permits (or valid right to work in Switzerland).Already residing in Switzerland, ideally in the Geneva area.Seeking a stable, long-term engagement.Conditions & BenefitsAccommodation: Independent studio provided.Contract: Full-time, long-term engagement.Remuneration: CHF 120'000 per year (for the couple)Please note: Only candidates with proven experience in similar private household roles and holding either a valid Swiss work permit or an EU passport will be considered.
